「What we didn’t like on Saturday night from 5-8 they closed the pool and my grandsons were looking forward to the pool after being at the beach and wanted to swim. We were very disappointed. They said they were filming for a promotion but why in a Saturday during prime time? 」

「I have tried many 3 to 4 stars hotel in the area of Ventura, Oxnard. I think this is the best one with clean and well planned space. This hotel will be in my list on my next visit.」

「Well, not about the property itself so much. But I very much appreciated your staff's patience with my bringing the food I had brought from home so that I could join my family that we flew in to see at breakfast. (I didn't know in advance they would be having breakfast in the restaurant.)」

「 I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not entirely positive. The hotel is located too close to the highway, and the windows do not provide adequate soundproofing. As a result, the noise from the traffic was extremely disruptive, making it difficult to sleep or relax. I hope the hotel can improve the sound insulation of the windows to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests. Thank you.」
