"Had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Midtown this past weekend. When I arrived the AC in my room wasn't working properly they sent someone to look at it that afternoon. It could not be fixed right away and I was offered a new room. They upgraded me to a King suite which was great! The room was very clean and had all the essentials I needed. I went down to the bar on Friday night and had dinner, the Bartender was very friendly and took good care of me! I finished my business early...

"It was a decent place to stay. The toilet paper holder, shower head, shower curtain rod were all hanging off. Seems like a little TLC would go a long way. Also, the AC never got cold which in AZ kinda stinks. But again, it was decent."
