"We truly enjoyed our stay at Hu Hotel. We wanted to be close enough to walk to Beale St and far enough away. It was absolutely the perfect location. Very quiet , rooms were clean and staff was very nice and helpful! The only issue we had was ice. You had to ask for ice on the first floor. Not a huge complaint. Just a little inconvenience. But would definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"The staff were excellent. Helped us get into our room early because I needed to take a Zoom meeting. Maintenance immediately came to our room when I report a slow bath drain (hair happens...) and fixed it. I accidently left my yoga pants rolled up in a towel to help dry after washing, was scooped up by housekeeping (not her fault). Front desk took time to look for them, retrieved them, even washed them! Front desk gave two great recommendations - one for breakfast, one for cocktails. Staff person who managed the breakfast was so nice, her area clean and the breakfast buffet nicely laid out. Lobby and hotel was a welcome,quiet respite from a hectic basketball tournament. Parking easy and free, and secure with a security officer always there. Just an excellent stay and our go-to for Memphis from here on out."
