Property was falsely advertised. Most of the amenities advertised with the room where not in room including towels fridge utensil microwave dining area etc Management ignored all forms of communcation to rectify via myself and Expedia . Would not recommend this property. I am still waiting for a refund which Expedia is organsing as this was a terrible experience and introduction to Djerba and its people. property communucation

Tres mécontent !

Nous sommes arrivés personne ne nous attendait...les chambres ne correspondaient pas à la réservation... les draps des lits étaient salles...nous avons demandé des draps et refait nos lits... tout etait salle et le menage bavait pqs ete fait depiis longtemps...pas de chauffage il faisait froid nous avons demande des couettes pour arriver a supporter les 10 degrés dans la chambre... le gardien a fait ce qu'il a pu pour nous amélioré le séjour mais franchement je suis déçu.
