Très bon hôtel, personnel agréable et à l'écoute. Nous avons eu un souci dès notre arrivée (de nuit), notre chambre avait une odeur nauséabonde et la clim faisait un bruit infernal. Le lendemain matin nous avons pu changer de chambre. Repas très bons et variés. Animation correcte.

Un hotel avec des hauts et des bas

Déco à revoir, hotel ayant beaucoup de potentiel mais un peu trop vieillot. Chambre froide pas très chaleureuse, TV des années 30 nous sommes en 2019 !! Meuble en bois un peu détériorié et de couleur sombre avec un carrelage parfait combo pour fuir la pièce. Avantage: piscine et plage au top, le all inclusive est pas mal, dépanne bien quand on ne veut pas sortir. Je recommande tout de même, assee bon hotel familial en général.

Dégoutée

Reçu la première nuit sans une chambre horrible en attendant une autre le lendemain. Lit en béton. Tv qui ne marche pas. Odeur d égout et poisson pourrit. Accueil froid. Aucun service a table. Manque de table en terrasse. Aucune animation. Animateurs bof aucun contact sauf le soir a l apéro. Aucun accès piscine pour handicapé (Je le suis). Gosses qui puissent et chient dans la piscine. Certains clients sont degueulasses bousculent se croient tout permis... en gros c est a la tête du client. Je n y retournerais pas. Chambre 107 musique de l animation de 10h a minuit... infernal. Le premier jour pas de clim a 40 degré ça craint mais bon on vous répondra que vous n êtes pas dans un 5 étoiles. Il n en mérite pas une.

Structure vieillissante Chambre et surtout les sanitaires besoin d’être changés!!! Personnel de l’accueil M. Farid efface en fonction des moyens...est très aimable. Animation bien!! Mini club très bonne équipe !!! Repas baisse de qualité.

12 jours merveilleux dans cet hôtel en famille. Chambre propre, restauration variée et très bonne. Personnel au top, du resto au bar en passant par la réception, tous très gentils et professionnels. Notre fille de 11 ans a adorée ses vacances au Cédriana. Pour les familles, hôtel top.

Séjour très agréable

TRes bon hôtel . Le personnel a été dans son ensemble tres accueillant et tres professionnel.Nous étions une famille avec des enfants en bas âge et on a passé un séjour très agréable. il y a deux piscines extérieures dont une avec des toboggans. La nourriture était très correcte. Les fruits (entre autres) étaient excellents. L'équipe d'animation très sympathique.

Hôtel sale, lavabo de ma chambre bouché, personnel pas du tout accueillant à part deux receptionnistes et l'animateur. La bouffe degeulasse et toujours recyclée. J'ai quitté l'hôtel avant l'heure à cause de ces raisons.

Nice, amazing and clean hotel with private beach

Really it was a great stay, every thing is well organized and clean. The staff is very friendly, the room are spacious and clean, the food is very good and varied. The big pool and the slides are very fun especially for children. The animators do very good work throughout the day organazing very varied and rich activities eg. aquajym, archery and aquapolo. The evening entertainment organized every day is rich and fun for children and adults. The private beach of the hotel is very clean and shallow which is pleasing to the children. I would like to thank all the staff of the hotel Cedriana.
