"The place was exactly what I was looking for, I paid the higher price, be it was supposed to have a swimming pool and a jacuzzi in functional condition, I called before I reserved and was told the pool area is under repair and be completed before we arrive, it did not, I’m very disappointed and will not reserve with Hilton again because of the deception."

I likely missed some small print somewhere, but with nothing mentioned at check in, a $100 surprise when leaving left a bad taste unfortunately. "

"Rooms were updated and very clean. Conveniently located to everything in Sedona. By looking at the pictures you would have no idea this is more of a roadside motel right on the main rode that runs through Sedona. The traffic is constant from 6am to 11pm, generating lots of road noise that can be heard while in the room."

The only problem was Expedia did not communicate our initial access very well. We reached out to the property and they were very helpful! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
