「This is my 4th time here, so clearly they are doing something right. I stayed in the Poolview Queen Room (A3) for the first time. It is very similar to the King room next door, which I liked. The property itself is a little run down and could use some love, but the rooms are impeccable, the staff is very helpful, and the location can’t be beat.」

「Everything is good.」

「My stay at Sun Towers was a wonderful get away... I love the resort, the staff was exceptional and the rooms, grounds were fabulous. Food was above average and absolutely delicious. I did have an issue either my tv and given the rainy weekend it was a must for me... upon check out I was compensated with a partial refund, still waiting for that to post to my credit card, but I am sure it will be resolved soon! Otherwise, I would give this property a 10/10」

「The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The airport shuttle was not great. I called 4 times from the airport and no one was answering the phone. I kept leaving voicemails but no one was checking the messages. We ended up waiting an hour at the airport for the free airport shuttle.」
