"Overall, we had a great stay. Staff was very helpful and kind. The building itself is old and the rooms were a bit outdated, but clean. Shower pressure on the 5th floor was pretty poor. Bathrooms also need more shelving/storage. Beds were very comfortable."

"Hotel was fine. Room price per night was very reasonable. Everything in our room working properly. Other guests were making petty complaints to the front desk. Holding up the check in line. If they wanted a 5 star room then they should have booked a 5 star hotel. It was a nice stay."

"We found the place very clean and great value for money. 25 minutes from Lake George but very affordable prices. The place exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness. The bathroom, beds and service. Staff were very friendly. During checkout we were late for breakfast by a good 30 minutes but they still let us have breakfast and served hot coffee and tea. We would definitely come back. "
