「Super hotel in middle of Dolgellau. Efficiently run by courteous friendly professional staff. We did not eat there but wish we had! Everything as it should be in a good hotel. Plentiful overnight parking in the long stay carpark behind the hotel. Some traffic noise as it is an old building with single glazing but that is to be expected. 」

「Very accommodating staff, lovely large room and well looked after. Really tasty cooked breakfast, although the cereals table looked a bit makeshift (but this is getting picky). Porter opened the bar late so we could have a few drinks after coming back from a wedding 」

「I found the staff very friendly and helpful. On my first night the weather was awful and sadly the room had a few leaks. I informed the staff the next morning to make them aware. Water damage is not good. They immediately asked if my suitcase was ok and asked if I needed anything drying. They then proceeded to move me to a lovely big room, which was lovely and very spacious 😀」

「Vi hadde et fint opphold på hotellet. Veldig service innstilt personal. Fantastisk frokost. God komfort på rommet, meget gode senger. Veldig godt renholdt. Mangler air condition , det var trope sommer og veldig varmt når vi var der, men rommet hadde to portable vifter som hjalp mye.」
