「Lovely staff with a great welcome and fantastic service throughout. The room in the stable block was perfect, quiet, clean, warm and comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and beautifully cooked from local produce. And what’s nicer than an evening drink in front of an open fire. Perfect」

「Peaceful and unique establishment with amazing view of the Capital. We actually slept with curtains open something we never do as the scenery was so spectacular of the lights of Cardiff. Room very spacious, bed extremely comfortable. Shame ladies nail varnish marks on bath tub, this can be easily removed with a bit of remover and a cotton wool bud. 「入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角」
