"The location is perfect, right on the beach! There are chairs and umbrellas included in the stay located on the beach and a tiki bar by the pool. Friendly staff and great service! Rooms are not extravagant, but have all you need for a stay. "

"This was our 2nd stay at The Palms. We have stayed 2/23 & 4/24. It was even better this 2nd time. The staff is friendly and attentive. We especially loved Vanessa & Anna in the dining area as well as the woman in the towel dispensing area. The staff on the beach were excellent as well. "

"Came here for a weekend getaway, which was amazing. We upgraded our room to the zen suite (awesome!), but I'm sure a standard room would also have been great. The suite had a wraparound balcony with fantastic views of the ocean and marina. Access to the beach was easy--we each had our own chair and umbrella, and it was fun to be able to order food and drinks to the beach. The beach area with other hotel clientele was peaceful and relaxing. The only negatives were that there was noise late at night outside and in the hallway, but I expect that on a Saturday night in Miami Beach. Service at the hotel bar could be slow, but not a big deal to me. The music in the lobby also got loud at night, which didn't bother us but might be good for others to be aware of. Overall, we had a great time here and would be thrilled to return. "

"Construction on site and on surrounding property, steady traffic on road. Otherwise oceanfront two bed suite was wonderful clean spacious beautiful view from balcony and love the water bottles. Free two hour bike rental and nice boardwalk access. Elevated pool on third floor very relaxing. Beach access pool was closed for renovation. Front desk staff and valet great service."

"We stayed here for a quick getaway for my husband’s birthday. The balcony room with the ocean view was definitely worth it. The property is very clean and the staff go above and beyond. There’s an adult only pool, and direct access to the beach which comes with complimentary beach chairs, towels, and umbrella. The hotel bar and restaurants are also very nice, with many walkable restaurants if you want different options. We will definitely be back!"
