"First time there. The next time I would utilize the bell service as it was a long walk to our room especially with luggage. The stay was wonderful with a very helpful staff. Room had a nice view of the ocean and bay and very clean and well kept."

"The property was located in a very convenient location to travel the city. The cleanliness of rooms was not up to standard as all the guests in the room had red itchy patches. The hotel reception staff seemed very unwelcoming which did not make it comfortable to share concerns. Apart from that, the hotel is well maintained and housekeeping staff is helpful!"

"stayed on a higher floor, we were lucky to get the pier view which was beautiful. room itself was very clean and spacious, as well as the bathroom. we used the amenities like the pool and hot tub. the hot tub was actually so relaxing that we went back the same night to use it again! the best part was the fireplace next to it so we warmed ourselves up afterwards~~ definitely recommend staying at golden nugget for the comfort!"
