"Friendly staff, secure, super central location. I felt safe staying at this property and the services/amenities were helpful for someone travelling alone. I often ship myself a lot of things to use during my travels, they had a lovely lady working the mail room but she seemed to be just working the entire mail room by herself so it would be great if they hired someone to help since it was hard to get in touch to get confirmation on package arrivals! I don't know how she does it on her own!"

"The casino can be a bit confusing to navigate but the staff were very helpful with providing directions. There were long lines at the tablet check in/check out stations as well as at the elevators to the parking garage. The elevator doors were not very sensitive/reactive and nearly shut on myself as well as several other guests. Occasionally, the escalators were out of order. These things made it difficult for those with strollers/wheelchairs to get around. In regard to food, there are plenty of tasty options within the casino itself. Overall, my family enjoyed our stay."

"An older facility, especially from the outside view, however the interior was surprisingly clean and they offer most of the amenities and services that other casino hotels provide. Very pleasantly surprised!"
