"The hotel is really lovely and is in a great location, just a 2 minute walk from Victoria. All areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and decorated nicely. The bed was really comfy. Our only issue was the room had a separate WC with no sink and then a shower room with a sink. Hygienically not very good idea. Breakfast was exceptional. So much nicer than the usual standard breakfast. Shame they only use the lovely restaurant for breakfast though.
Overall a fantastic stay and would recommend. "
"Generally good after a very slow queue for check-in (20 minutes). Friendly and attentive staff (although not quite enough of them?). Food great and cocktail bar fine. One of the main lobby lifts kept malfunctioning- nobody on had to fix it? - so there were some long waits there too (minimum 5 minutes at some times). "
