"I forgot to bring my confirmation, but thought I had already paid in full. Economy said I owed the whole 2 nights, so I paid it figuring I'd sort that out later. The room was supposed to have 2 double beds and only had one. The room was dingy and dirty and had missing baseboard. We decided we could not stay there, so they agreed to refund the 2 nights and then 2 days later they charged me another $50. When I called to see what that was for they said we stole the towels! Why would I steal...
