「The property and the service are great. However the check in process was terrible as we had to call Expedia and have the payment sent to the hotel. The credit card was as denied even though I had already paid. This was a long complicated process and very frustrating. I expected to check right in with out hassle. To make matters worse I was told the room would only cost 75.00 dollars if I had called the hotel directly. I will not be using Expedia in the future nor recommend it to others. 」

「There was a Dairy Queen, a sports bar and a pizza place within walking distance. The beds were comfortable. We stayed two nights. On the first morning, which was a Sunday, housekeeping knocked on door and we asked them to come back later. We left about 1/2 hour later but housekeeping didn’t come back.」

「My stay was excellent from start to finish. The rooms are newly renovated, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. Everything feels fresh and modern, with all new furniture and thoughtful details. The amenities provided were great, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices, and it was a nice way to start the day. What stood out the most was the kindness and hospitality of the staff — they truly make you feel welcome. 「We enjoyed our two-night stay! This mid-century hotel has been lovingly updated and has a number of unique features such as a dramatic lobby with a glass elevator. The entire property was impeccably clean. Our room was large and quiet, with a very nice breakfast each morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!」
