「Very helpful and friendly staff, new property so most things still in good condition. Laundry facility looks impressive. Our bathroom could have been cleaner, shower clearly wasn't wiped down and there was a lot of hair in the corners on the floor. Not horrible but I expected more for the price. The bagel and muffin breakfast counter was the weakest I've seen in a long time. Once again, for the room price there are much better breakfast options nearby. 「The hotel smelled awful like cigarette smoke despite saying it was non-smoking. Our window wouldn't shut, the deadbolt was broken, there was no other lock, and when we asked for a new room we were told no. We never got clean towels unless we asked and we're always told none we're available. When we did get clean towels they were left on the floor outside the room. The guests or residents were loud, yelling, cussing, slamming doors. The garbage was never taken out during our 6 night stay. Guests...

「I have travelled throughout the US and this inn was the BEST I have encountered. The breakfasts were spectacular - cream cheese, apple brioche French toast was one of my favorites! The rooms and gardens also amazing but the real difference was the hospitality given by Leslie! You will not find a better place and you will be longing to go back when you leave!!」

I know this because the little taco bell sauce I spilled had just changed position in the fitted sheet. I understand this a cheaper extended stay compared to the others in Kokomo.」
