The view was spectacular. However due to the previous guests damaging the property we arrived to find the poor cleaner rushing around to try and get it ready for us. The property itself was very much in need of updating and a lick of paint. Our family nicknamed it the IKEA special. I guess I expected it to be a bit more like a proper apartment and less like a student residence.

The property listed on Expedia is NOT the property that was given to me. So false advertisement. I was sent somewhere else. Ants were a constant problem in the kitchen of the apartment room. The communication was not great at all. Whoever got a hold of me about check in would not pick up phone calls but would text message me instead. Plans were changed and it was an inconvenience everywhere all because the actual property I had reserved was not the one posted on Expedia. Would not stay again.

Hi. I have to talk to Expedia because the property is listed with a diferente address and address where most of our properties are located. The address is 5 minutes away. Now the picture of the property itself where the correct ones and you were at a a Bayview location as advertise. We communicate through text or WhatsApp because most of our visitors are international and might be less expensive for them to reach us by text. The ants is the first time we have had them and it’s very strange since this unit is in the 18 floor.

Did not like the fact that the maneger was not very helpful, with the ckecking when ask about the keys she acted like dhe could not tell us. For a first timer like my self it was not the best expirience.

Overall, the property itself was nice. It was in a good location and the building was well maintained. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo, especially the bathrooms. It didn't look like anyone had wiped off the counters and there was hair on the counters and floors. The kitchen also needed some attention. The fridge smelled and the cabinet handles needed to be cleaned. The silverware was also not washed very well. The bath towels were worn and not well cleaned, which we found interesting since the rules stated we would be charged if we got makeup on the towels. The bath mats were also dirty. Even though there were stairs in some pictures of the condo, stairs were not listed in the description, so we did not realize that both bedrooms were upstairs. I think it would be helpful to mention the stairs in the written description of the property. It would have been helpful to know about the rules of the property before making the reservation. It was a complicated check-in process, and it was also difficult for five adults to share one key card to get in and out of the garage and building. We also had some issues with Wifi working upstairs.

Great neighborhood but the condo lacking amenities
This neighborhood of Midtown Miami was very nice with tree lined streets and very nice restaurants. However, this condo had a lot to be desired. The only pots supplied were 2 small ones and a small skillet,once non-stick,but now scratched and rusted beyond any possible use.Unhealthy to use and we did not. We bought our own skillet for breakfast use and that's all we had indoors.Very few dishes,cups and glasses supplied. For us it was ok but the condo is designed to host more than 2 people. There was a 4-cup, old MrCoffee and an even older minuscule toaster which burned the bread more than toasted it and it would not fit a bagel for ex. Sparsely furnitured only a sofa with no pillows to lean on. A swivel chair was propped against the wall and we found out that it was broken. It had 2 patios and only one had some semblance of 2 chairs, small, folding, maybe ( we did not sit on them) and covered with pidgeon waste. The front door is all glass and yet not a curtain nor a shade to give us privacy from passer-byes since the condo is situated in an open air terrace. Not a box of tissues, not a face towel, not a wash cloth. The stove had a knob that was broken and temp was hard to control. We used it as little as possible. There was some mold in the bathroom and many scuffs on the walls. It could use a coat of paint. The bedrooms were located upstairs and there was a long staircase Not for handicapped people. HORRIBLE HOST
This condo was clean and comfortable, but the problems with the booking and host made it a negative experience. First, we booked a unit with a king bed and 2 queen beds. Upon arrival, the unit had only 1 king bed, one queen bed and a cot inside some type of footstool. The host asked me how many people do I have and if I only have four people then two of them can sleep together. WHAT!!! They are not a couple and are both over 6 feet tall. We ended up having a grown man sleep on the floor on an air mattress. In addition, they only supplied one key and elevator pass, so we had to continuously synchronize our arrival and departure for two days. Additionally, the bedroom television had no HDMI connection for the cable box, so no television for those days unless we were in the living room. I also made the host aware of this and it was never resolved. The level of frustration that occurred because of this was tremendous. The host promised a refund to make up for the wrong booking and upon my return home received a check for $50. The cost of the booking was over $1,000 and without the third bed i guess the lower level room would have been $10 less per night. Really? On the plus, the area was wonderful, but I do not think I would ever want to stay in a unit managed by Short Term Rental LLC. I am still trying to resolve this matter.

There was an error in the listing because it said it had a king size bed, and 2 queen beds. We have a king, queen and twin size bed. We made arranges at 11pm to bring an additional bed. Everyday the guess had a different request which we made it happen. The day of arrival I apologize and gave the guest the option to leave with a full refund; she said no. Day she left she asked for a refund I sent her a partial refund; she called very rude and said she wanted a full refund. I believe that is all she wanted since day one.

Great location but not friendly
Since it is not a hotel, there were many doors that had to be accessed with your card key to get to our unit. You could not have visitors in after 11:00 P.M. I probably would not stay here again.

사전에 메시지로 보내온 내용은 주의사항이라고 생각되었음. 기물이나 시설의 손상이 있으면 벌금을 물린다. 변상을 시킨다. 쫒아 낼 수 있다. 등등 그런데 입실을 하고 보니 파손된 곳이 여러 곳 이었음. 또한 관리도 허술하여 소파에 누워 있다 일어 나니 옷과 팔 다리에 소파 칠 벗겨 진 것이 온통 다 뭍어 있었음. 욕실에 비누, 샴푸 등 세면용품이 준비되어 있지 않고 투숙객이 준비하여야 한다고 메이드가 말해 주었음. 이외에도 사소한 불편함이 여러가지 있었음.

Im Großen und Ganzen war alles ok. Das Appartement hätte sauberer sein können. Die Anlage an sich war Top Was uns richtig gestört hat war dass die Flugzeuge in 5 min Takt über uns geflogen sind und das Tag und Nacht Alles war sehr sehr laut ob Waschmaschine Trockner und Spülmaschine und vor allem die Klimaanlage Miami war genial Empfehlenswert!

It was a pleasure to host you. By cleanses you mean the walls? We have to paint the unit every six months, walls get scratched from luggage. THe windows and doors are hurricane proof so to hear outsides noises you slept with doors open or have a very light ear; it’s practically impossible since we have 20 minutes away from the airport.

Equipement minimaliste
Quartier calme et agréable. Appartement propre et spacieux. Une place de parking et quelques restos à proximité. Seul reproche, l'équipement est minimaliste ... Pas une bouilloire, ni même une casserole, pour faire chauffer de l'eau ... Pas un torchon dans la cuisine ... Un lave-linge, mais pas de lessive (quand on part en vacances, on ne pense pas forcément à cela ...) et on vend rarement des doses à l'unité ... A part cela, rien à reprocher ... et plutôt à conseiller.

I had paid prior the 50 dollars for the 5 people as extra costs charged by the establishment..paid to you hotels.com on top of taxes and charges.I showed the receipt to main desk but refused to let me in without paying again. I called the owner of the apartment who suddenly never answered my called, but only to write to me saying to take it up with up, the company. I was robbed of 50 dollares and although we came a bit early, there was no place to leave the luggage. The desk was hopeless, not helping in anyway, not even to use the fine or them calling the owner of the apartment to come and solve my situation. We coulded even sit in the lobby and wait. We told to leave and return at 3 pm with so much luggage. The worst experience ever in my travels. The apartment failed to have curtains and verticals that worked, difficult to exit the area to the patio due the broken verticals.The grey towels had white bleach makes all over them, whilst the stove handles came off and hard to know if it was on or off. The exit sliding door very difficult to lock..we stayed 2 nights without locking it. The apartment no was 505 and I’m very sorry to have ever stayed there. Paid so much money for nothing, only to be treated without consideration by the desk and refused a fone call and even help by connecting to their WiFi so as to communicate with owner. I had run across the street and beg to use the WiFi. A total disappointment. I’m awaiting for my 50 dollares refund into my credit card.

とても綺麗で近くにスーパーあり
4人で2日間滞在しました。キッチンにお皿やコップ等すべてあるので近くのターゲットで食材を買って毎朝料理してました。細かいルールがたくさんありましたが、トータルで見ると素晴らしいホテルだったと思います。チェックインする入り口がややこしいですが、電話すればすぐに回答してもらえました。すごく感じのいい女性で丁寧に回答してくれたので満足です。

O check in foi bem conturbado. Eu fiz a reserva em meu nome, mas para 3 hóspedes. Não deixaram meu pais entrarem. Tive q ligar pra São Paulo ( hotel.com)e pedir que entrassem em contato com o anfitrião para q ele liberasse a entrada , mandando um e-mail. Hoje recebi a fatura do cartão e me cobraram 2x a taxa do check in. Quando eu chegava à noite a recepcionista queria ver meu passaporte e dizia que meu nome não constava no apto. Varias vezes tive que ligar pra dona do apto pra ela liberar minha entrada. Mesmo eu de posse da chave. Em relação ao apto o que valeu a pena foi a localização. Tive que comprar lençol e toalhas, papel higiênico. E quando cheguei paguei uma diarista pra limpar pq não tinha produtos de limpeza, pano de chão, rodo. Me custou 80 dólares. Recebi um Whats da dona onde ela dizia : pra eu ter em mente que aquilo não era hotel e sim condomínio. Aí penso eu, porque então está disponível num site de hotéis? como viajamos em família passeávamos o dia todo e só íamos mesmo pra dormir. As luzes dos ambientes onde tinha 3 bocais só uma acendia. Pedi pra trocar, a dona disse q a reposição estava no apto, só que devia estar escondida pq não achei. Ficamos na penumbra.

You should have asked for bedding and towels as we have staff in the building to bring it as we brought other items your requested. You paid for one cleaning and I explained additional Cleaning is available for an additional cost. The building is very strict to keep the residents and guest safe; therefore, it was extremely important to check in correctly. Before arrival we sent many messages to communicate with you to go over minor details, never got a response from you

Pesadilla !!!
Check in fue una pesadilla, no se encontro la reservacion, tuve que llamar y gracias a Dios que tenia una linea de estados unidos y el internet, enseñe la reservacion a la recepcion y me dijeron que ocupaban el n de apartamento, intente llamar y nadie me contesto nunca, solo por mensajes. despues de 5 minutos la recepcionista me dijo que no me podia quedar mas de 5 minutos en la recepcion que tenia que irme al frente a un bar a hacer las llamadas, ella vio la reservacion y due muy maleducada, tuve que rogar por otro 5 minutos despues de haber pagado casi 900 dolares por 4 horas. una vez pasada esta pesadilla entramos al apartamento, tenia lavadora pero no tenia jabon, no habia shampoo no habia gel de baño, tuve que mensajear otra vez para tener la password de internet, nada de cortinas, sin cieloraso, parecia el techo de un garaje, tubos a la vista, aire condicionada super ruidos de veras me quede super mal. Saliendo del parqueo no funcionaba la clave electronica, tuve que mensajar otra vez para que me activaran la clave otra vez. fue muy buena la actitud de hoteles.com que me dio un obsequio importante. voy a poner unas fotos del cieloraso para que vean. En poca palabras no reserven nunca a este lugar, NUNCA !!

La propiedad no está en un hotel, es una casa vacacional con un dueño independiente. Instrucciones detalladas fueron enviadas y el huésped no las leyó. En el listing se describe todo lo que tiene la unidad y no se ofrece jabón, shampoo etc. La clave del wifi estuvo en las instrucciones que no fueron leídas. Las unidades tienen blackout y cortinas. El área de midtown es muy moderno y su techo es de cemento eso está en las fotos del listings. No entregaron sus nombres en la recepción y por eso no se les activo los fobs de parqueo. Es muy importante que cuando rente este tipo de propiedades revise bien las descripciones y seguro estaría más claro en que esperar. Todo está en la descripción y nada fue omitido. Saludos
