Overall the service and staff were the standouts; very friendly and accommodating and I really liked you could text to request items needed for the room. It is a boutique hotel so on the smaller side but the king room had adequate space.

However bathroom is bit smaller and no place to keep our cloths while showering Area is noisy and we were stayed first floor and keep hearing noises from upstair room which disturbs our sleep. Breakfast is not good.We decided to not to take the breakfast on second day of our visit even we already paid it. You should provide good breakfast because you already charged $120 for breakfast for two days.

5 Stars – Perfect Stay for a Mother-Son Trip! I recently stayed at the San Juan Hotel for a special mother-son getaway, and I couldn’t be more impressed or grateful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone—from the doorman to the bartender, the front desk team, and the kind lady at the café—was warm, friendly, and attentive. (I wish I remembered all their names!) The room was spotless and comfortable, the pool was a great way to relax, and the food at the café was absolutely delicious. One of my favorite parts was the beach setup—lounge chairs and umbrellas ready for us just a 2-minute walk away. It made our time by the ocean extra relaxing. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I truly loved our stay and will definitely be returning. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable.
