Once again the Hyatt Centric Brickell has contributed to me falling in deeper love with the city of Miami. This hotel provides exquisite and attentive service both housekeeping and the Front desk provide quality and premium customer service. Just finishing a 5 day stay which included the celebration of my 35th birthday. Front Desk Manager German Escalona is excellent with making sure I was greeted and welcomed and made to feel special for my birthday. If I didn’t have to go back to work I would’ve extended my stay. The bartender from the roof top Allen had the greatest energy and great musical selection for us to listen while lounging poolside ! Lastly the servers from the restaurant which one remembered me from my last visit were above and beyond always making sure my lady and I were taken care of and greeted every day with huge smiles. The Hyatt Centric Brickell is the best and only place to stay in Miami with quick access to all Miami has to offer! WILL RETURN SOON THANK YOU GUYS SOOO MUCH

We arrived at 4:30pm and our room still wasn't ready. They did offer us an upgraded room at no charge, but we still had to wait over 30 minutes to get into our room. It was Easter Day weekend, which may be why they were short of staff.

Pics from the post looked very different like it was a 1 bedroom and then a separate living room and kitchen. That was not the case. It was all in one room very small not what I thought we rented . We had 3 kids and 2 adults no privacy everyone had to go in the bathroom to change. Glad it was only for one night !

Everything was great except the cheapest toilet paper in the world and don’t ask the valet to get you a cab as he may call a friend who will charge you and arm and a leg. Use a registered taxi or Uber.

This was a terrible experience & I highly recommend not booking this hotel or a Hyatt ever. When we arrived we found out hotel had given away our room even after we had paid for it. They said they were “overbooked” & gave our room away hours ago and gave us no advance notice. They were going to put us into a dumpy hotel miles away. We ended up scrambling to find a hotel during a 3-day wkend when everything is already booked & the hotel was terrible. Hyatt has no respect for their guests who book in advance & hotel management is completely incompetent. We will never book a Hyatt again due to this experience.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Rooftop pool is as good as it looks in the pictures. The only complaint is the pillows we had were not comfortable.

The staff was very courteous and informative. The room is goregous . It has a balcony with the view of the city. I love the bathroom, it's very modern. The bed is very comfortable .

This rooms are very nice and spacious. The amenities are good - pool and gym (although the equipment was a little old). The restaurant is good and the people who work in the restaurant are very nice. The lobby is very small and my only complaint about the hotel is that the front desk staff was unfriendly and not well trained. When you walk in the door they did not greet you, they would just look at you. The exception was a young man who worked the early shift. They need to be trained. The valet people were super nice and very responsive.

Don’t stay here if you want to sleep well
Hotel was clean, staff was nice, nothing spectacular there, but if you want a good nights sleep don’t stay here. The building had crazy echoes of anything that hit a floor or a wall or whatever else. I’ve never had such a worse nights sleep. I had to get ear plugs for night 2 and I am a heavy sleeper. For almost $500 a night this was a huge waste of money. I would never stay here again regardless of price.

This was one of the best properties I have ever visited in Miami! The staff was amiable and accommodating. The location was in a great spot near many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. I felt safe and the price was a bit pricey but worth every cent. I will keep this in mind for my next vacation.
