「Mold around the bathtub, cockroaches, spiders and moths in room, main TV did not work, missing light bulbs/various different light bulbs, asked them to change and also install where missing. Pool was dirty, debris in pool and a chair, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the safe did not work, offered us a free breakfast due to the cockroach issue. Staff was the only good thing. Definitely needs refurbishing.」

「Very tropical feel, great breakfast. All ground floor rooms, very friendly & helpful staff. Free airport shuttle bus. No fridge, no AC, only veiling fan? Bathroom/ toilet has no windows. Bad noise insulation rooms. Small souvenir shop. 」

「Room is a bit small and reasonably clean. Location is great and free shuttle transfer can be arrange to drop off and pick up from nearby shopping mall, East Rand Mall. Buffet breakfast is also very good.」

「I am generally pleased with the services here , the people are nice and helpful. I felt really relaxed here and definitely enjoy my stay in the hotel. There is only one thing that I felt funny about is that apparently there is not much changes available in the restaurant, almost every time, the waiter/waitress will have to give in back the changes at night... Although not in large amount, there is no changes available on my last day of stay (since I left in the morning!) ....Not a big issue and...

「Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing due to several maintenance and service issues. The bathroom sink was clogged, and I couldn’t even brush my teeth without the water backing up, which was extremely unpleasant. The shower head was also not functioning properly, making it difficult to have a proper shower. Additionally, I ordered wings as a snack, and they were quite poor in quality—definitely not what I expected. Overall, these issues significantly affected my experience. I hope the hotel...

Apenas alguns comentários sobre o barulho excessivo do ar condicionado, modelo muito antigo, e do colchão muito duro da cama. Porém nada que atrapalhasse muito o sono.」
