The location isn't the best, although there's a metro station nearby that takes you to the center of Lyon. When I arrived, the parking garage door was broken, and I had to leave my car on the street for the first night. The staff wasn't very professional.

Great hotel overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the restaurant was excellent, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect place to stay when leaving early for a flight—everything was easy and stress-free
