Our room with 2 double beds had a tiny window so we upgraded to a room with a king size bed and 2 small balconies (extra charge) - spotless, full of light and airy. Staff friendly, helpful, and positive. Hotel was very clean and location was very central. We took the walking tour the hotel offered and it was amazing, highly recommend!!!

Barceló México Reforma
Paid extra for a suite....Big mistake....Al the suites are on the corners that put you in the most noisy location... Booming music from below until Midnight.... Very unhelpful staff....I would choose somewhere else next time!!
