"The location is great, with plenty of things to see and do nearby. Unfortunately, the shower was either extremely cold or extremely hot, and it was impossible to get the water to a comfortable temperature. Communication during check-in could also have been better. We waited around 30 minutes to receive the correct lockbox codes. Other than that, everything was good, and we enjoyed our stay."

"I booked this listing with the understanding that we were going to be the only occupants. Upon arrival we discovered a gated and locked staircase to the upper level. Concerned that the upper floor might be occupied or possibly available for another rental booking, we called Hotels to confirm again the sole occupancy. Satisfied that the accommodation would surfice we retired to our beds. I awoke to the doorbell ringing at 11:30 PM. Not knowing the neighborhood and unaware of who could be at...
