We had a wonderful experience at the Maria Condesa- the front desk was very sweet and helpful. Our rooms were super clean and up to date.. we also had running water the whe stay! You also will receive complimentary breakfast and they will make it as you order.

We loved the Mezcal bar downstairs! There's a small cafe directly across from the hotel where you can enjoy a simple breakfast and people watch. Tacos are only one block away and metro is about 5 blocks.

If I didn’t take a shower at night or early in the morning, there would be not hot water. Being that it was hot weather. It wasn’t horrible but still not ideal. Also during late nights and early mornings there was a lot of loud talking that traveled to my room. I was on fist floor.

Liked the fact that room had a sauna room. The property is also located in the safest if not one of the best neighborhoods in Mexico City

The property had issues with service but also when I got there, they offered the “upgrade” when I asked for it. As soon as I came in the room, I noticed the AC wasn’t working, so I called the lobby. She came in with a fan and said she was sorry, that the AC was not working and that was the reason she had offered the upgrade but without working AC. later the transferred me to a normal room with no working AC again. I has to stay there because there were no other rooms available. Lastly, the final night (sunday) the moved me to a room with working AC. No real solution for two nights in a row on a very hot week in Mexico.

This was a great hotel. The only negative thing that happened while we were there was that the hotel ran out of water on our second-to-last day there, and again for a bit the morning we were leaving. The staff, while great, didn’t communicate anything about this and we had to go to the front desk for info. Would have been nice to get a heads-up, explanation, or ETA for when it would be fixed. Otherwise though, they were great- amenities were decent, hotel was in a nice area with a bunch of great bars and restaurants nearby (which did lead to loud music until pretty late on the weekends, but if you’ve lived in a city this shouldn’t be super unusual).

The room was great and was looked after perfectly. We were welcomed at the desk and said a fond farewell there and were helped often in between. The resto downstairs was fun and busy but we were never bothered by noise. It is in a great area…La Condesa.

great hotel in a super location. The staff at the front desk were really nice & super helpful. Lauda the person serving the breakfast was amazing,she really went out of her way to make a great breakfast & make us feel welcome. The neighborhood is perfect for walking around with so many options for food & drink. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, functional room, great location. Wonderful cafe / bar / restaurant across the street we went frequently. Hotel does not have much in the way of amenities (very small lobby).

This property was really nice and the staff were very attentive. They were very strict on their check in times tho. They would not let us check in until the designated time, even tho people were checking out all morning. So just be prepared if you have an early flight!

Very charming hotel. Our room was huge and the sauna was an unexpected and great feature. Nice little bar downstairs and great neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.

Maria Condesa was probably a 4 star boutique hotel a long time ago but today it’s showing its age extensively with maintenance that has not been kept up and therefore lots of wear and tear all around. Examples were paint peeling, damaged wall, and aging ac unit that only functions somewhat. The breakfast was adequate although quite limited. The adjacent restaurant in the hotel gets really loud on Friday and Saturdays, and noise at early night was an issue. I feel scammed paying for this “4 star hotel” while at best is a 2.5-3 star. You can get much better hotel for the price elsewhere IMO.

The hotel has a restaurant with live music on the first floor. The rooms are not noise-insulated. Don't expect to get sleep before 2am.

I was just shocked there was no heater. Management said it’s rarely cold in Mexico City. We do have to day, all staff was incredible. They love what they do.

Fabulous Hotel
Fabulous hotel. Lovely room with large bathroom. Nice breakfast on rooftop terrace. Well located in lovely peaceful La Condesa. What's not to like!!

Beautiful and very comfortable room. Cleaned everyday! The property overall is nice. The staff is really friendly, shout-put to Mar at the Front Desk. The breakfast quality is good, however, with limited options. The restaurant is only open for breakfast for the guests.

this is an outdated hotel which is in need of some upgrades. the location is great and the staff is nice. the sheets and surfaces were cleaned each day. The buffet breakfast was not good, like grocery store quality items. the rom needed upgrading with lots of things like stains on upholstery, paint chipping, dingy drapes. the bathroom shower did not drain.

The best location in Condesa!
Nice hotel. The selling point is really the location. There is an excellent coffee place across the street and a fantastic wine bar next door. The staff was nice and helpful. The plumbing had a couple of issues, but nothing major.

Good choice in Condesa
It was a really cute hotel. The staff was absolutely lovely, shout out to Angel for being awesome, and the room was very comfortable. The only con is that it does get very loud at night. But the area was really beautiful and very walkable.

Not only the hotel has an amazing location, the staff (Karina in particular) goes above and beyond. They make you feel like home, I’d totally stay again on my next trip.

Flexible with luggage drop off. Very basic breakfast. Hotel looks like it was renovated a while ago but is falling a part now ie: paint peeling,furniture worn down. The drinks were nice but the dead coachroach on the bathroom wall was not the best.
