We had a wonderful experience at the Maria Condesa- the front desk was very sweet and helpful. Our rooms were super clean and up to date.. we also had running water the whe stay! You also will receive complimentary breakfast and they will make it as you order.

We loved the Mezcal bar downstairs! There's a small cafe directly across from the hotel where you can enjoy a simple breakfast and people watch. Tacos are only one block away and metro is about 5 blocks.

If I didn’t take a shower at night or early in the morning, there would be not hot water. Being that it was hot weather. It wasn’t horrible but still not ideal. Also during late nights and early mornings there was a lot of loud talking that traveled to my room. I was on fist floor.

Liked the fact that room had a sauna room. The property is also located in the safest if not one of the best neighborhoods in Mexico City

The property had issues with service but also when I got there, they offered the “upgrade” when I asked for it. As soon as I came in the room, I noticed the AC wasn’t working, so I called the lobby. She came in with a fan and said she was sorry, that the AC was not working and that was the reason she had offered the upgrade but without working AC. later the transferred me to a normal room with no working AC again. I has to stay there because there were no other rooms available. Lastly, the final night (sunday) the moved me to a room with working AC. No real solution for two nights in a row on a very hot week in Mexico.

This was a great hotel. The only negative thing that happened while we were there was that the hotel ran out of water on our second-to-last day there, and again for a bit the morning we were leaving. The staff, while great, didn’t communicate anything about this and we had to go to the front desk for info. Would have been nice to get a heads-up, explanation, or ETA for when it would be fixed. Otherwise though, they were great- amenities were decent, hotel was in a nice area with a bunch of great bars and restaurants nearby (which did lead to loud music until pretty late on the weekends, but if you’ve lived in a city this shouldn’t be super unusual).
