The hotel itself was great, beautiful and clean. The security staff was very rude upon first encounter. The manager was very polite and professional at first however it was difficult to communicate with them after. To be fair it could have been technical difficulties from my end but I did try to contact management through text and email the day of checkout and couldn't reach them..

The property is nice and well located but hot water did not work properly during our stay. They try fixing it but did not work. Noises can be disturbing at night. Communication could be improved.
