Excellent location with restaurants,shopping malls. The apartment is very conftable and building has everything you could need, but apt was dirty with dust and it seems that did not sweep it

The apartment was clean, up-to-date, and spacious. We enjoyed relaxing in the apartment and by the pool, and the location is great. The security staff at the Miyana building are very helpful and friendly. The administration staff at the desk, however, are not. Specifically, the condescending young woman with short hair was very rude. The check-in process was confusing, as we were awaiting information from Kukun, and there seemed to be no communication between Kukun and the building administration.

This place was great! Great shopping options nearby, very safe, clean and spacious. The only complaint we had was the check in process was a little difficult. We were sent multiple emails and messages beforehand and provided different codes and it was hard to keep track of. We were also tasked with downloading an app beforehand that was a bit difficult to use at first. Besides that our stay was wonderful and we’re very pleased with the actual place itself.

Lovely apartment but security was difficult

Apartment was lovely. Everything worked, and it was nice and clean. But all the security to get to the apartment, through the elevators, and through the doors was difficult because residents have a card which they swipe at security points. The info came to me in spanish, which i didn't understand so until a friend translated I could not put app in phone and from then on it was ok.

It’s the second time I stay in Miyana, last time I did it with a different company. This time we did with Kukun and had a very bad experience. The apartments most of being nice at some point but now they are so dirty it’s impossible to give them a good rating. We rented 3 apartments and the 3 of them were absolutely filthy. The biggest issue is that they have a lot of cheap carpets but they don’t send the cleaning person with a vacuum cleaner. I will not stay with them again.

There were a few glitches upon arrival. We arrived by car, they directed us to our parking space, led us to our apartment. No toiletries in the bathrooms. We had to ask for them; they arrived the next day. Instructions said to check in at the desk. We searched for the desk on the lower level of the building, but could not see it. We asked a staff member who said there was no check in desk. We did not officially check in. We found the check in desk by chance, after exploring the long stairs and two elevators. That evening, we almost were not let in, because an app is required to verify guest identities. I received the link for the app the next day while visiting some sites. No way to install and configure until the evening. I attribute all of this confusion to the one staff member who did not properly address our concern about the check in desk.

El servicio es espectacular y la ubicación también tristemente no puedo decir lo mismo de la limpieza, el refrigerador estaba sucio, pelos en la lámpara de mesa de noche, una sticker de maleta pegada en la cama, abajo de la cama súper empolvado como si nunca hubiese sido limpiado, entre otras cosas que encontramos de suciedad en el apartamento.

Falta esmero en la limpieza

La limpieza fue algo importante debido a que se trató del área del baño principal, la taza de baño estaba manchada con sangre al igual que la regadera, entiendo que se hospedó ahí una mujer en su periodo menstrual y al querer guardar algo en la cajonera de esa misma habitación me encontré con basura de condones.
