I really enjoyed my stay, it’s very conveniently located to everything. The tours offered by the hotel were also excellent. My only suggestion would be to get stronger air conditioning as the one in the rooms don’t cool very much.

The staff that welcomes guests is generally unkind. They work as if they hated their jobs, specially at the reception desk. When we arrived to our first assigned room it smelled like someone had smoked marijuana and then someone else had spread air freshener. And in the room located in front of us the guests were listening corridos at a high sound volume. That was on the second floor of the hotel. The next room that we got assigned was on the third floor of the hotel. This second room that we got assigned was clean. But the smell of tobacco smoke was all over the place outside of the room, in the corridors of the third floor.

Great place, everything is really close by, at walking distance you can find food, shopping, coffee shops, etc Stayed 2 different times the same week, one of them AC was not working properly but aside of that really pleasant stay

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was smallish but clean and refreshed every day. Convienient to sights and restaurants. However, no coffee maker or mini fridge in room and view was minimal. Parking free but valet only. Restaurant breakfast buffet just ok and somewhat expensive.

The room was clean. The location was walkable to tons of restaurants bars market etc. There's no coffee maker so we have to ask staff in the kitchen day and night for hot water which was not a plesent experience.

Perfect location with friendly staff!
It was in super safe and walkable location! Tons of restaurant and bars to explore if you want to stay in the area! Yes, it is outdated but the location and staff friendliness with the affordable price will do it! I strongly recommend it!

The staff were excellent but the hotel is dated and the room was lacking. No face cloths, sone electrical outlets did not work, tv did not work, air conditioning was not working but the fan did work on high only. Street noise was distracting all night.

Worth the price
Location perfect, rooms are good size with good view. Rooms are mostly quiet. Water pressure is good and hot water comes out quick. Yea it might not be glamorous and resort style but it does the job well.

This is a nice and basic hotel. I think the value for the location and the staff is great. It's a bit outdated and some the room amenities are in good working condition but could be better. I liked that they had parking on site, we traveled by car to the city and worked great for us. The location is unbeatable and the staff was very friendly, housekeeping is good and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Front desk and Victor the Bellman always had a smile and a greeting . The ladies who cleaned the rooms did an excellent job . The hotel gave good value. Only one complaint, guests can not make calls on the telephones in their rooms . Was told by front desk to come down to the lobby and use and pay for calls on a phones there . Very strange set up where the general public was able to hear your discussion.
