Room is really adequate and has two bathrooms as well as a kitchen! But it was difficult for us to arrange for the cleaning service, I believe the reception in the building does not work directly with the WhatsApp reception. There was little communication with the staff onsite. Great location

The property was in an excellent location, beside the Walmart Express. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. Avenida Reforma was also very close. The area felt very safe. The front desk was always very friendly even if English was limited. The room itself had a great view as we were on a high floor and spacious but was tired/dated and could do with a renovation. Also, the doors and walls were thin. So, it was sometimes very loud when other guests were in the hallway or their unit. Overall, it was generally good value for the money.

Very noisy

The staff are friendly, I booked a cosy suite room, room presented well, however, it was extremely noisy, there was a lift car park below which would make the whole room shake from the hours of 6am to 1am, people in above and beside apartments extremely loud, poor sound insulation resulting in tv, conversations and footsteps heard at all hours from neighbours. Hard to relax here. I think overpriced.

Not Worth It

The nice thing about the hotel is the location. Three stars for its location. The neighborhood is very green, comfortable and quiet. There is a Wal-Mart next door and that is a big plus. There are good cafes and restaurants all around, especially the Korean-owned one across the street. It has very good food and courteous service. My room had a refrigerator and microwave and that is very convenient. The hotel is older and in need of TLC. Some of the guests are very loud and the walls are thin. There was even a fight between two guys next door one day; not good. Save your money and stay at a nicer place, like the two Holiday Inns across Paseo de la Reforma. No housekeeping service to speak. And with the exception of one very nice guy at reception, indifferent service. I cannot recommend this establishment.

I like the area and the staff was professional, the beds are too small and be ready to wake up during the week at 7 or 8 am due to the noice. The windows are thin but lots of options to choose for dinning, the area is nice and safe.

Terrific value for the price

Terrific value for the price. Very spacious and comfortable, literally next door to a grocery store, and close to other attractions. The desk employees were gracious and patient and helpful.

Very comfy bed. Upon arrival hotel clerks asked for a deposit of 500. Which sounded suspicious to me. When i tried to call expedia, they said nevermind! We were on the 5th floor where on the last night there was a huge party with people outside of the hotel able to enter- i felt unsafe alone with my child and we locked ourselves inour bedroom until the morning as the outer door to street was left open and anyobe could enter our landing. The hard stomping and painfully loud fiesta right above us that kept us up til 3/4am and cigarette smoke billowing into our room all night was our breaking point. Will not recommend this hotel for families at all. Should be listed this way.

La hubicacion y espacio son buenos, lamentablemente la limpieza es muy mala y el personal muy poco profesional. La regadera no funcionaba d e manera adecuada. Los pisos estaban sucios y hay algo de ruido por un estacionamiento que hay me parece en el mismo edificio.

Cuando llegamos nos dimos cuenta que la habitacion que nos dieron no tenia estufa como en las imágenes que publicitaban, se lo hicimos saber a la persona de recepcion quien nos mandó a enviar msj a través de la plataforma que jamas fue respondido o atendido. Además, cuando llegas te hacen firmar un contrato con ciertas especificaciones y prohibiciones, donde se hace incapie que las fiestas estaban prohibidas en el lugar, sin embargo, en mi segunda noche durante mi estancia hubo una reunion en la habitación de al lado que culminó casi a hasta las 5 am, donde de todo.
