"Rooms: comfortable bed/pillows/sheets/towels, good shower, spacious, lovely balcony. Pools were great. Poolside service excellent. Food was tasty. Seaside massage was amazing! (Ask for the RMT’s certificate so you can claim it through insurance.) It’s worth it to get the premium level upgrade. The only con is that the beach is really small and the riptide is strong, so swimming can be challenging and “long walks on the beach” are not happening. The town of Mismaloya is also not very walkable. If wandering and exploring are your thing, this might not be the best choice. However, if you plan to lounge/float/sip by the pool you will love this hotel. "

"Everything was excellent!! We loved it! Room service was the BEST so fast and so good! The concierge Hussein went above and beyond for us. We couldn't find him when we were leaving to thank him personallywe had a terrible experience unfortunately with the people that were putting together the excursions and we’re offering free excursions in exchange change for having us attend a presentation. Our backs went out during the trip. We were in a lot of pain and we could not go on the excursion, nor could we walk around the whole property for the presentation when she misled me to believe that it was in a room sitting or something for one hour. Then when it came right down to it, it was going on extensive walks around the property and inspecting and looking at various rooms and things. Inappropriate for us we couldn’t do it so we tried to cancel, and then we were told that we would still have to pay for the excursion, even though we could not attend because of medical issues.
