I have come to Evamar a few times. Its personnel are courteous and helpful, the rooms are clean and brand new. It is close to the beach and grocery stores as well as nice restaurants in San Carlos. Besides, I can bring Coco and Frida, our French Poodles!

Property is brand new, very clean and close to everything you need in a beach town. Service is very good; they do anything to accommodate your needs. I have been there twice, and I am already planning my next trip. Very recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Evamar San Carlos, which we visit in a low period on December. The room had all the amenities we needed - and even more. The welcome was warm and the staff was very attentive and kind. Whenever we visit again San Carlos, Evamar will be our first choice.

Excellent and easy communication--I don't speak much Spanish, and everyone was very helpful and friendly. I loved that someone reached out via WhatsApp before I arrived the day before, and I could text my needs and questions. Clean rooms and a nice space. Good view. Excellent customer service

Nancy welcomed us in and she was professional and friendly. She also took us on a tour of the condo and explained all the features. We loved the fact there’s a security guard around the clock. Overall, everyone we encountered were friendly.

Great property, spacious units, all appliances are brand new, pretty modern and functional. I worked remote and wifi was strong and consistent. However, hot water was a hit and miss, we had a 3 bedroom unit and there was just 1 parking space for all of us. Staff was great, friendly and attentive, always available with the best attitude. Great people!

This place was immaculate and elegant in every way! Clean, organized, spacious, elegant—- and a ghost town! No one was anywhere staying here and yet the security for my guests entering was both offensive and clumsy. Nancy and Martine set a very open, friendly tone- but staff was ill equipped to handle visitors for the 4 of us on property! They blamed it on change of policy with new owners! Given its distance from the beach, there must be a broader explanation of guest policies, and a more gracious and welcoming manner- like Nancy!❤️
