「The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. 「Sowohl das Personal als auch das Hotelrestaurant fanden wir herausragend! Einziger Makel, der jedoch im Kopf bleibt, ist der riesige Fleck von schwarzem Schimmel über der Dusche. Wenn der Aufenthalt allerdings nur für eine Nacht ist, überwiegt dennoch die herzliche Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden und der sehr positive Gesamteindruck. 」

「Fantastisk trevlig och mysigt hotell. Bra inhängnad parkering.Det absolut bästa vi bott. Jätte trevlig personal både i resturang, reception, städ, frukost. Både frukost o middag var super gott. Detta hotell är ett enkelt val igen så vi kommer gärna tillbaka 」

「Nous avons passé un très bon week-end avec ma compagne. L’accueil a été excellent et les matériaux ainsi que la mise en œuvre des espaces communs est top. La piscine et le sauna-hammam nous a permis de nous détendre entre deux activités et reprendre des forces. 」
