Clean and modern hotel close to the outlets. Got the room upgrade with the VIP, and it was a nice room, however the bed was quite uncomfortable.

Nice Stop-over

Nice Stay as it has been every time we have been there. Staff is super Nice and service minded. Prices in the restaurant are a bit steep and service not always the quickest, but the food is generally good Quality. Would be Nice with an option to take an early breakfast to Go, as we usually use this place as a stop-over on our travels back from or Down to our summer holiday in Italy/France, and typically leave very early to get a jump on traffic.

Checked in on Sunday, no restaurant or food or beverage service available. Did online check in but still had to go through check in procedure upon arrival. Rooms are very small, nothing special, view at wall to another building.

Horrible service, made-up fees and no cooling

Probably the worst scam on hotels.com. The room looks nothing the photos. Garden furniture used as indoor furniture. No climate-system – only a fan which made the indoor temperature higher than outdoor (hard to sleep in 27C). The front desk service was horrible and aggressive - they even made up fees not existing on hotels.com.' Our €263 reservation became €343 because they have the room we had booked originately. Thanx for robbing us with additional fees and making us sick due to poor ventilation and cooling. NEVER EVER this place again!

Booked a room with VIP Platinum status, got a room in which you enter through bathroom (literally, door opens to a sink, shower is on the right from the door). Bed is so small that my spouse and me could barely fit. There is no closet, just a bar with hangers behind the tv (!?) Very unVIP experience. Amazing location for shopping in Metzingen though.

Warning!!! Please read the check in policy of this property. Expedia will let you book the property and if you are checking in after business hours you will not be able to check in. There will be no one staffing the Hotel after business hours. Hotel will not refund your stay. The customer service after our experience was also a great disappointment. Not recommended for last minute bookings.

Wir haben in Metzingen einen Zwischenstopp gemacht um das Outlet-City zu besuchen. Waren nur eine Nacht da. War aber alles tiptop. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt neben den ersten Läden aber trotzdem ausserhalb an einer ruhigen Ecke.

Hyggeligt hotel i shopping mekka
