"I reserved a room for my parents, The request for a lower level room was not accommodated, and the front desk would not take a card over the phone for deposit. My parents do not have a credit card. And luckily they had cash on hand, but was very difficult coordinating this."

"The room was clean, the soaps needed to be filled and the AC wasnt too cold in our room. The hotel itself was just a bit toasty. It was convenient having a washer dryer next us, and the staff was very friendly. "

"We called the hotel and asked if we could check in early (1.5 hrs early) but we were told it was going to be a $45 per hour fee. We got there 10 minutes early but we were told our room wasn’t available because it wasn’t clean and to come back at our “regular check in”, my husband told them that was in 10 minutes and they said to come back in 10 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes we were told to come back 2 hours later because there wasn’t a room available for us!!!! We drove over 7 hours and wanted to rest but we were given the runaround. Would we have gotten a room if we paid an extra $90??? Make it make sense! "

"Stay was good. Check in was a little late. Biggest complaint is the hot tub/pool heater was broken. Hopefully it gets fixed and we might visit again."

"Picked this hotel specifically for the managers reception what used to be 2 hours free drinks now a 2 drink limit, also choose it for the pool and hot tub as we have bad backs and wanted to relax on our trip just to get there and find out they were out of service, the bed was not comfortable as it used to be which ultimately hurt our backs to where we were not able to attend any of the events we had planned on going. I would think for the amount of money we spent for this trip we would of had a better experience "

"To start off the sink water wouldn’t go down. The heater didn’t work and it was extremely cold. I had a baby and we couldn’t sleep well. The two nice cause it was cold and at the moment they said that they didn’t have anyone to go check out the heater also I left my flat iron there and no one has returned my call"
