「I had a really lovely stay at Holiday Inn IHG. I often choose Holiday Inn for my vacations because it is a perfect way to escape the busy life in London and truly relax. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. The receptionists were especially welcoming and helpful, a special mention to the receptionist at Holiday Inn Southend on Sea, who made check-in such a pleasant experience. 「预定的是三人间，打印订单上显示也是三人间，结果入住的时候还要收取人头费15磅，垃圾的很。找HOTEL.COM沟通也没有结果。而一张床加一战沙发床，自己铺的，还要收人头费，第一次遇到这样的。酒店开在服务区里面的，地段就别提了。」

「We loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round .」
