"Stayed here for 5 days to attend a program at Sac State. Entire property was always clean and tidy, we were very comfortable in our room and interactions with staff were consistently positive. It felt safe even tho the immediate neighborhood surrounds are less than pristine (freeway, bus stop, back/service area of shopping center, etc.)
