Lovely apartment over looking the water. Large rooms and very well equipped kitchen. Only complaint was I wish they’d turned the heating on before we arrived. It was very cold when arriving at night.

Great find amid a lot of mediocre motels in the area. Nicely renovated, King bed and the ensuite was a nice surprise. Very handy to cafes and RSL and riverfront walk. Parking was off street and great for a large vehicle. Ceiling fans were a bit noisy, but manager was going to sort out.

The accommodation had been relatively recently renovated and done to a quality standard. Condition was excellent, and it was well equipped and comfortable. When we had a couple of minor issues the staff were very responsive. Highly recommended.

Great stay

Location is great, close to everything. Newly renovated, Clean and lovely Hosts. Ensuit Shower a bit tight to get in if you are a bigger person but over all great place to stay.

Lovely break

We had 5 great nights staying at The Palms. Keith was extremely accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The bed was comfy, the apartment light and airy with a lovely balcony. Everything you needed was there. All in all a wonderful break away.

Cooked a full Christmas dinner for the family here

We stayed in the penthouse and the views were exceptional. The deck was huge and the kitchen was fully equipped for almost everything we needed to do a full Christmas dinner with all the trimmings. The only thing I brought myself were extra tea towels and baking trays. It was a great place, super close walking distance to everything. I have family nearby so am always staying in the area and this was one of our favourites - we'll be back for sure.

too old to be advertised as luxury. old and out of date. In need of an upgrade. Not much has been added to this place since it was built and i would say the early 80s
