Breathtaking Views!

We enjoyed our couple of nights there but found it awkward that there was no onsite management. We got our keys okay but weren't sure where to leave them on departure as the compendium said at reception, but there was none? It was great to have a laundry in our apartment and a full size fridge. The lounge was also very comfortable and we had a great view. The only access was by the stairs and it was on the second floor so it may not suit everyone.

The apartment was spacious and easily accessible and it was very quiet. The apartment was well equipped and clean. It was close to shopping and dining options. There was no reception at the property to check in which was unusual but the check in details were provided so it was easy to access. The pool was advertised as solar heated but it only had a solar blanket which wasn’t on the pool, therefore the pool was cold and it had not been cleaned so couldn’t be used which was disappointing. However we enjoyed the stay and would return if in the area.

It was close to everything. Just in walking distance. Cleanliness was go. As for noise not so good. My whole purpose was to get away before I have treatment for my cancer and that didn’t happen woken up every morning at 5 am. From the people above us. Could hear every step and chair that got moved and shower. So if anyone is considering staying try get an upstairs apartment. Which I never got the choice when I booked.

The location is terrific just over from the RSL and close to shops. The only thing wrong was because there is no one on site the keys are in a keysafe which is fine except ours had been put in the wrong one so had to wait for 30 minutes for someone to bring us some keys,

Spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. Good location, plenty of parking, nice surroundings. Poor communication and customer service of whoever is managing the apartments; no clear indication there are apartments with no water views, nor that swimming pool is not working. Also, online check in required to give credit card details through a channel that was not possible to verify its online security, after the non refundable booking was made. Nice to be given late checkout 12pm when we requested, but cleaner was not notified and came 9:30am.
