「Every one in first shift was very polite and extremely helpful. 2nd shift not at all. They did double charge me for my stay on top of my initial deposit. But the manager and lady on 1st shift has worked very hard to get it back into my account. Now I have to wait on my bank. But the motel itself was very nice and I will be back.」
「Arrived 1:45 a.m. & received my prepaid room quickly. Parking was great, after being directed by clerk to go around back. Right at the door. Would have to pay for breakfast, which looked advertising, but didn't have time to eat. Only thing was I needed a shower cap. But the box in my room was empty. Certain I could have gotten one had i asked. The room refrigerator door was open & hot, so didn't try it as stay was short.」
「Microwave sparks like crazy. TV has a permanent black smudge while on. Dog have been shut in the bathroom and extreme visual signs of them trying to break out. Sticky streaks on the floor. Large cracks around the entrance door allows a lot of noise to come through.
But the staff were extremely friendly and professional.」
