Upon arrival, the villa felt very secure, with a gated entrance for walking in and an additional lock on the villa door for peace of mind. The kitchen could use a bit of an update, but overall we were very happy with the cost and size. We stayed in a 3-bedroom villa, each room having its own bathroom, for only $92 a night — very spacious and comfortable for a family of five. The landscaping was beautiful, with plenty of lights and plants creating a relaxing atmosphere. The pool was clean and a nice medium size, perfect for a quick swim. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend this villa for families looking for space, comfort, and great value.

It is a beautiful and safe place, friendly staff, I just wish there was more utensils in the kitchen. I warn you that is kind a far from downtown and a car is needed. But definitely worth what you pay for it.

We really enjoyed it! Easy to find. Easy check in. Pool right out our 2 bdrm ‘villa’. Great outdoor seating area. Quiet. Lovely dogs and I miss them! Kitchen could have more utensils, oven mitts, small plates, small bowls,better microwave, kettle, things like that but it was fine. Had to pay extra for use of a bbq even though we brought our own charcoal. Pool was lovely. We found great restaurants near by. Easy to get to highways. Try the ceviche place near by.

Good place if you have a car to move around

The place is great, a little far out from Mérida center. This place has great potential if maintenance of the villas was done correctly. Lots of things that are in decay, issues with water, fans, mold, rust, etc., normal degrading stuff that with good maintenance should be kept in good working condition. The cleaning is every other day, but sometimes they don't do it, so you will need to keep pushing to get it done. The gate keepers were awesome and always very responsive to any issues or needs we had.

Comodidad instalaciones para estar en contacto con la naturaleza, lo que no nos gustó es que la limpieza es pésima, no es buena, como que nada más barren y medio limpian la taza de baño, a nosotros nos tocó quedarnos en una villa cerca de los residuos de basura, y la villa se nos llenó de moscas!!

El lugar está bonito, muy seguro, amplio estacionamiento, bonita alberca, silencioso, la villa que renté cómoda, las habitaciones amplias, baño amplio (solo mejorar la presión del agua fría), las habitaciones y sala de estar climatizadas, la cocina está equipada, tiene lo necesario para cocinar (solo le faltaría sartén o freidoras para hacer desayunos). Lo negativo sería que en una habitación encontramos un alacrán, la limpieza es un día si y un día no, pero uno de los días que tocaba no la hicieron ni cambiaron ropa de cama. En general está bien, quizás que está un poquito retirado del centro aunque hay cerca tiendas y farmacia. Me gustó mucho la seguridad que da ya que el portón de acceso se mantiene cerrado y solo entran los inquilinos, esa parte está excelente y muy tranquilo.
