Cleaning service not available as this is not a “hotel” as per front desk attendant. 2 rolls of toilet paper in room any additional needed is charged. Rooms are checked before leaving and if there are any stains on towels or sheets you are charged from your deposit.

Hyatt Place Merida/Via Montejo
Very few parking spots but they have an agreement with a nearby mall, couple steps from the hotel so it’s not too bad. Location is good, breakfast was ok (a bit repetitive if you’re staying for many days) and the rooms are brand new & clean.
