「Nice clean and quiet. Breakfast left something to be desired, but the location was prime and plenty of options nearby!!!」

「Everything went well. The lady up front was very accommodating on arrival. The buffet room was very nice size, but there were no signs posted that we saw, saying you could get an omelette cooked for you. We only noticed this after we’d already gotten our breakfast from the bar. The setup for that was really the only letdown. Clean Hotel and comfortable beds」

「This hotel is located close to Canton and Akron. Convenient for our stay. So disappointed in the front desk staff. Upon check in she never looked up and just said, "credit card and driver's license". That was it. Handed us the key and pointed to the elevators. This happened three of the four days when we asked the front desk questions. Same person. Room service was iffy. They didn't replenish the coffee or the drinking cups and on two of the days the bed was never made up. These may sound petty...

「The room was clean, beds were tightly made! Couldn't get your feet out! Breakfast was simple but good for a quick stop. Pool waa nice but dirty towels laying around Overall not bad for 1 night」

「Hotel itself was great.only some staff knew what they were doing however. The female that was working at 6 pm the night I checked in said she put me down for the airport shuttle for next morning however when I went to get the shuttle next morning I was advised she did it wrong and the driver was going to late. The morning staff Diane was a great help and I only had to wait 30 minutes while they contacted the driver.」

「Love this property. You know exactly what you get each time. Price has gone up and the property is aging badly. Too stay at such high rates it’s time to renovate. Leaking bathroom sink, peeling paint, torn and chipped carpet/vinyl and the same dirty breakfast area all need some attention. WiFi doesn’t remain connected during peak hours.」

「I booked a room [136] with the expectation of relaxing. Unfortunately, I woke up to an infestation of ants (in the bed with me, in the bathroom and nightstand). I called the front desk to learn that this is a known issue. Being greeted my ants was not listed on the disclaimer I signed. I felt disrupted and clearly not at ease.」

「At least 30 or 40 free range children, running around unsupervised. Ding dong ditching, hollering and screaming until at least 1am. Throwing stuff at vehicles. Multiple people setting off fireworks in the parking lot. Would never consider going back」

「We were told that the property was being renovated and the renovation is almost complete. It would have been nice to have a "renovated" room. The room we got definitely needed renovated (burn mark on tub, wallpaper pealing, stains on carpet, cracks in kitchen tiles, vents were very dirty/dusty). We had a 2 night stay and they didn't clean our room at all. When we went to the front desk to ask for clean towels, we were given clean towels right away, but they didn't even apologize or...
