"It was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was amazing and so attentive. The room was lovely and the location was great. The only inconvenience was out of their control as there was street construction that made it so the cab couldn't pick us up at the hotel, we had to go to the top of the street. However it wasn't far and one of the hitel staff carried our bags there for us! I would highly recommend!"

"This hotel is so close to Sagrada Familia! The staff at check in were very kind and accommodating. The Rooftop bar is super cool, but unless you luck out like we did, you should always make reservations. People did get turned away. The rooms are nice, but you could tell some of the amenities were a little dated."

"This hotel was cruising towards a very good review based on strong performances for staff in reception, portering, concierge, bar and restaurant until the proverbial 'car crash' happened. This event is one of my greatest irritations with hotels. The event was closing the bar for a private event. I was directed to the terrace bar on a cold and windy evening! Awful experience!"
