「Lamentablemente no pude disfrutar nada por el enojo de haber hecho reservacion con Hoteles.com para esta estadía de dos días. Y al llegar al Hotel me toco pagar de nuevo, y ya no me quede 2dias sino solo esa niche」

Everything looks new, the showers and bathrooms are great. Also, the beds are really comfortable. Overall, great price for the stay. Also, not too far from Antigua.」

「The staff were helpful and friendly. I appreciated their arranging for the airport transport. The rooms are clean and there is a nice kitchen/seating area we could use. Conveniently located about 10 min from the Central Park/Market. 」

「The owners and staff were amazing it’s such a cute little property, they took care of us and the breakfast was amazing. Only heads up is they use shower head heaters so put the switch to hot and then don’t turn the water all the way on just use the water flow to regulate the heat. It’s a low pressure setup but gets the job done so you have a warm shower! I would definitely use this place again if I make it back to Antigua. 」

「This hotel boasts a stunning garden and an exceptional outdoor space. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the overall cleanliness of the premises is commendable. However, the hot water system is quite unreliable. We had to leave the tap running for about 13 minutes to achieve a lukewarm temperature. 」

「The room are pretty old and dirty, I think they need to remodel the room specific the bathroom, not enough hot water after 15 minutes taking bath. I paid extra for the bathtub, and it was extremely dirty and old. It’s not worth to pay it for. Car park extra charge , not even can offer water inside the room being 3 stars hotel. The staff service is ok, no experience but polite . I’m not Recommend this hotel. Absolutely No for what I paid for」

「Our room was on the second floor during Easter week and the noise for breakfast was right outside our room at 6:00 am. The hotel was pretty and the view was nice, but our room was so noisy 6-10 every morning and it didn't feel private because we could hear every conversation right outside our door (like 2 feet from the door there were 50 people eating breakfast). Just don't have an upstairs room and it would be nicer.」
