"Left an item in the closet. Did not realize it until we got home. Left a message and was told it would be 2-3 days before they would call back. The clerk said that they have the clothing and will mail it back. I was expecting to pay for postage. The clerk said no charge and expect it in a few days. I booked a back to back stay. The second day I was locked out. The desk activated my key. The other key was totally dead. They had to replace the card."
