Check in 5/30 around 11:00 pm; 2 bath towels & 2 wash cloth in the bathroom. I Went to front desk,spoke to a female employee. I asked for 2 more bath towels bec there’s 4 of us (reservation was for 4 (2 minors and 2 adults ). Front desk employee said, there’s no employee in laundry, she had no towels to give, Laundry employee cones to work at 7:00 am. I said, I can then pick up the towels at 7:00 am? She said no- come at 7:30 am. May 31 Saturday) we left at around 7:30am,no one at front desk, I said “ hello”, I then saw her on the right side of the front desk (inner portion of office. She didn’t go to the front to speak to me, so I told her: I’m in Rm 210, I’m requesting for 4 bath towels & our room to be cleaned. I saw her taking notes(she seem to be writing) And I said “ thank you. No reply from her. That night, we got home around 11:00 pm. Our room was not cleaned & no towels. I met Ms Reed at elevator with a push cart w/towels for new guests. I explained what transpired ( as above narrative). We both went to the 2nd floor laundry room, that she has access w/ keys. Laundry arm was on the Same floor as our room 210. Ms Reed was only able to give us 2 towels, 2 wash cloth & a bed sheet to use as towel. Ms Reed said the employee was Emily and doesn’t know her last name. Pls review your cctv May 30 & 31, ti validate the incident. I am a valued customer & IHG valued member. I have never experienced this disrespect & total disregard for an excellent customer service.
