「Really enjoyed our stay at The Louise. The staff there was very attentive and friendly during our 2-night stay there. They always had a smile and made it a truly comfortable experience. The restaurant Appellation had the most amazing and unobstructed view of the vineyards. We found it very relaxing to watch sunset every evening as we dined there. 」

「this Jacobs creek retreet is nothing to do with the wine Jacobs creek. the hotel is located quite far from the major road. room is relatively small. because the houses are very old, and close to the garden. there would have worms on the room floor. barth room is quite dark, though there is a bath tub. garden is very nice. owner is an old couple. 「Our stay was a very positive one. We just needed communication re booking in process by text, not just email. On the road, I had no access to email and had to get my son to retrieve booking info for us. This was the only problem with the stay - breakfast hamper was excellent!!」

「Stayed in July 2025, The property is exceptionally well maintained, clean, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. The business owner and staff are kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome throughout.
