"The stay was absolutely a disappointment. The property is not maintained and not cleaned. Things were broken and not in working condition. Some examples via photos submitted but not all inclusived. In addition, the internet is not functional! Simply put, the is not as advertised. If our stay was longer than 2 nights, we would of found other accommodations. A portion of the cost should be returned. Finally the porperty managers could care less about our experience!"

"The location is beautiful, right by the lake and there is BBQ, garden, all cooking utensils etc! Probably need 2 more drinking mugs and we can’t find any ironing facilities! The shower room needs a shelf or cupboard to put things on but all in all, we are very happy and thank you for letting us stay! "

"Delightful house. Spotlessly clean. Aircon in each room, which was great as it was extremely hot. Easy walk down to the lake (as there is zero parking down there) to a selection of nice restaurants. Ferry to all destinations- Lenno stop - also there many easy access to all other towns on the lake. Highly recommend this stay 😁"

"Petit appartement lumineux ,très propre; belle décoration ,au calme malgré la proximité du voisinage .Stationnement facile .Avons passé un agréable séjour Cependant, nous avons regretté l'absence de transats, l'inconfort du mobilier de jardin et le manque de rangement qui auraient rendu notre séjour parfait "

"Villa Lucia was very pretty and spacious. Communication was very good and they were super courteous. It is a more quiet neighborhood closer to Como but further from other areas such as Bellagio, etc. there are a few local restaurants nearby but no nearby groceries. Three bathrooms were very helpful, the terraces could have been a little more clean. Otherwise, I highly recommend. "
