Excellent stay, amazing value, super helpful staff

We had a lovely stay as a family of four with two young children. The room was simple but very spacious and excellent value for money. Pool and garden area was lovely. The pool was quite small but we had it all to ourselves for our stay in late October. Staff were excellent. The man at reception (sorry, I forgot his name) was super helpful and have us tips for our stay and also left out some wine for us to enjoy.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Our Spanish is terrible and they helped us with booking trips and recommending restaurants…super friendly and helpful. The place is centrally located…great stay!

The staff were excellent. They help with directions and getting a few important papers printed. Loved the wine tasting in the courtyard. Not being a wine connoisseur I learned quite a bit. Loads of fun. Highly recommend this property.

The property is centrally located, so we walked almost everywhere. However, we were disappointed with the fact that the water in the pool was constantly dirty and we did not manage to use it. The main reason for choosing this accommodation was the pool. We did complain to the staff and ghey confirmed they'd cleaned the pool, but it still looked dirty. Also, they don't provide breakfast. On the other hand, the staff provided a free wine tasting on Thursday evening, which was a great experience as I had never done anything like that. They also let us check out late for free as my husband had a job interview on that day which could not be postponed.

Experiência frustrante

Experiência muito frustrante. Para começar as fotos não condizem com a realidade mostrada aqui no site. Já na chegada, na recepção havia cheiro forte de umidade e paredes com mofo. Quartos pequenos, com janelas para área comum e péssima ventilação. Cama de casal queen, mas com 2 colchões de solteiro. No primeiro dia não havia água quente no banho e a cidade estava com temperatura abaixo de 10 graus. Banheiro sempre muito úmido, nunca secava as toalhas, box de banho só com meia parede de vidro, molhava todo banheiro. Atendimento na recepção não é 24hs e após saída de funcionários, não respondiam mensagens pelo WhatsApp. Péssima experiência.

Péssima experiência. Na chegada, ja na recepção havia cheiro forte de umidade, paredes com mofo. Quartos muito pequenos, com janelas para área comum, pessima ventilação. Excelente opción de alojamiento

El lugar es muy lindo, la decoración fue pensada en cada parte para sentirse cómodo y en casa. Muy linda la pileta. El día que llegamos hubo una cata de vinos muy buena, donde se explicó en español y en inglés, con muy buenos vinos. Realmente recomiendo el lugar y la próxima vez que vuelva a Mendoza me hospedaré allí

Hospedagem boa. Hotel novo. Na esquina da plaza de Chile e próximo a rua Sarmiento, onde se encontram bons restaurantes. Os jovens da recepção são muito atenciosos, em especial a Sol, que fala português e é muito solícita. O serviço de limpeza, não acontece diariamente é de acordo, com o número de diárias. Nao tive problemas ao solicitar a retirada dos lixos e a troca das toalhas no 2°dia, mas acho importante deixar registrado que nao há arrumação do quarto, diária. O quarto triplo é um quarto espaçoso.

Bom custo benefício

O atendimento dos funcionários do Hotel é excelente. Meu vôo chegou mais cedo e eles fizeram o possível para antecipar o meu check-in, assim como se dispuseram a guardar as malas no dia do nosso Checkout. O Hotel é novo e obviamente algumas coisas ainda precisam se estruturar. Apesar de ser localizado em uma área central, nos assustamos no primeiro dia, pois as ruas estavam desertas e o Hotel não tem fachada para fácil identificação. A entrada se dá via código permitindo acesso ao Hall. Não é um Hotel Luxuoso, mas consegue oferecer o básico necessário para sua estadia. No geral não tenho muito a reclamar.
