My kids and I had a wonderful stay over the weekend! Front desk staff were amazing! Great personality and ready to serve all through the day. Security guy was the coolest but you can sense that he was aware of everything and ready to protect. House keeping was always working with a smile. The breakfast time was perfect and the food was great! Hotel was lovely and clean and very family oriented. My daughter and I decided to go play basketball with some other guess and we had a blast. I love the energy at this place. Most definitely will suggest and stay in the future! Thanks Homewood for an amazing experience!:)

I loved the atmosphere of the property, felt alive instead of stale and dry. Honestly the only issue thus far was the extra linen for the let out couch appeared unclean.

The very 1st night they gave us a nasty smelling room with filthy carpet and paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom!! Just horrible!! I went to the front desk to complain and the switched the room. The furniture was still dirty and the room service cleaned every other day, the towels were dirty. The customer service was not good!! Horrible place! I was told by Sandra I could not have a printed copy of my receipt because I booked through Expedia !! I asked for corporate and the manager number. I spoke with the assistant manager this morning and was advised she would send my receipt via email!! I still have not received my receipt!! I will be filing a complaint!! I will NEVER book there again!!!

This Homewood Suites has the best safety practices that I have seen. The hotel attendant Latoia was very professional and so helpful. The super lady that cooked the breakfast was so polite and cooked a great breakfast for the guests. I researched alot of hotels in Southaven MS and chose Homewood Suites. We have enjoyed our stay and will stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Staff was friendly, property was super clean and the room was absolutely awesome!!!!! Highly recommend. If I’m ever in this area again I will stay at this property.

When I first got to the hotel, they gave me a room that smelled like smoke and there was a huge stain in the floor. Then we got to the second room they gave us it was okay, better than the first room. The shower or sink water would not get hot and the air conditioner made a annoying noise all night. I probably won’t stay here again

This hotel is beautiful and spacious for our family of four. The only issues we ran into were stopped up drains in the bathroom and sink. The water temperature also fluctuated a lot. Some days hot, other days luke warm. Lastly we had challenges with the room temperature. It felt like air conditioning and not heat. Overall, the stay was worth it! Breakfast was great and the front desk staff was always friendly. This is now our hotel to stay at when we visit South Haven.

Facilities and sweet nice. Didnt get enough towels despite indicating 4 occupants nor was their complete bedding for the pull out sofa bed. Breakfast was disappointing. Luke warm, bland, and just not appetizing. Pool was over chorinated.

Mississippi Stay
The hotel was easy to find. We only stayed 3 nights. We only ate one morning for breakfast and the food was outstanding and choice of selection was great. The service and staff were excellent. My only complaint was the carpet in the room was dirty which included noticeable spilled spots and needed to be cleaned. The elevator floor should be cleaned daily and it was not. We understood and was told that the room would not be cleaned daily but you can request clean towels. There were plenty of towels. The shower had a few mold spots and the sink drainage was extremely slow.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff was amazing, especially Shakaina, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was conveniently close to everything I wanted to explore. I can't wait to come back and experience such exceptional hospitality again!
